- In a pan pour oil, add onion and fry for 1mnts add grated Scotch bonnet and fry for 2mnts then add seasoning and spices keep frying add boil water follow by rice and cinnamon stick, 3 Scotch bonnet stir and cover the pan
- When your rice is nearly cook add Carrots, green beans, peas, sweet corn, green pepper, red pepper, onion, bay leaf, sausage and shredded chicken stir until well combine then cover and allow the rice to cook well
Cook the sausage with garlic powder in a large skillet until browned. Remove and drain on paper towels. Add oil and heat until hot but not smoking. Stir in eggs and cook until set; season. Heat the oil in a very large skillet or electric skillet over medium-high heat.
