- Then in another pan add oil then add onions then add chopped garlic and Ginger paste and green chilli paste…Now add chopped tomatoes and potatoes and broil for 5 to 6 min..Then add salt and then cover when tomatoes tenderize…Now add yogurt and broil for 10 min then add meat and yakhni
- Then add rice 4 green chillies and half cup of mint…After that add salt and let it cook…When it is done then serve…
