Stir on medium heat until slightly browned. Add salt, pepper and bouillon, stir in milk. Dip each steak in the egg mixture, place it in the plastic bag, and shake to coat with crumbs. Place saltines in a shallow bowl. In another shallow bowl, whisk the eggs, milk, salt and pepper.
