Line plates or a platter with lettuce leaves. Sprinkle feta over the top and serve. Tip To cook Israeli couscous: Heat a large saucepan over medium-high heat and add the couscous. Cover the pot and remove from heat. In a large bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, vinegar and cumin.
