Steps to make Chikandar ka murabba:
- Peel out the beetroot and Cut it in to small pieces
- Now boil them in half jug of water untill cook well. (Water should be fully dry from the beetroot)
- Now take another pan and add water sugar and salt in it to make sheera when it turns into thick.
- Add chukandar in it and add black pepper, vinegar (for taste and shine) zeera, ajwain and 2 spoon oil in it. Add all dry fruits now and cook well.
